I live 20 min from Toledo bend. Soooo…. That’s my favorite lake. I’m right beside Vernon lake in Louisiana, so that’s my second favorite. Third favorite would probably have to be Toledo bend.

There are old borrow pits on interstate 40 around memphis that i have bank fished 40 +years that will damn near make lake fork look look like a fished out farm pond and they are all around memphis and the best part about it is , most of you goodie two shoes ass people think because they’re supposedly contaminated they cant be fished and the rest of you are dumb ass conventional pole , cork and hook fishermen, that don’t know shit about angling giant
Largemouth bass and because of this the missed bass have stacked and grown to immense sizes over the last 30+ years i have seen many bass that were weighed 10 ,11 and over 13lbs from these very old but productive pits contamination does not matter when you practice catch and release.
