Hi from Russia! I think it would be nice to wrap more line to the spool. I always wrap to the edge of the spool, it really helps to throw the bait for long distances. Just try it 😉

I have newly bought megatron 4000 and i am thinking about getting a best combo for this reel. I go mostly fishing on saltwater 40-60m deep…please suggest a best rod for megatron 4000. Fish type like kingfish, queenfish, red snapper, trevally etc

I bought the 3000 series carbon fiber Zephyr by KK and it has a 10 2 1 retrieval and I bought a light rod/reel combo size 2000 reel by Kk and I will be using that for the first time this spring!
After a year making this video, do you still feel the same about having this rod and reel if you could only have one?

I’m an American in Europe and I’m going up to Sweden this summer. The fish in the area I’ll be will be pike, perch and sea trout. I left my gear in the States and will have to start over. I love to catch pike for fun but perch & trout for the grill. I’m trying to decide if I can only bring one with. I have a military apo box so I can order from Bass Pro and others.

I’m gonna order the Kastking Perigee 6’6" today. I’m going to get a medium fast just for trout fishing. Please explain about getting 2 TIPS . I saw in the comments on Amazon that people said you really didn’t and some were not happy. You kinda got me thinking about getting the Speed Demon reel too 😅. A 2000 size might be good for that. If you would please explain the TIP THING before I order tonight.

can you catch pike with rod?
Just ordered the kastking Spartacus 2 reel with drag weight of 17.6 LBs and rod that is Fast action and medium power with line weight of 8-12 LBs while using the kingkast mono at 12 pounds max and a 1/4 oz spinner. Hoping to catch some large mouth bass in my area for the first time.
